SEPTEMBER SPRINT TO WIN MELBOURNE

We're ramping up our visibility campaign in Melbourne with stalls galore! Stalls are so important for ensuring our inner-city communities know who the Greens are and what policies will deliver for everyday people.  Join stalls to hear about what the Greens are up to and our policies, get trained in how to have effective conversations, and have some chats with people in the community. No prior experience necessary - we'll provide training and support if you're new to canvassing! Feel free to invite family and friends along to knock with you - dogs and kids always welcome too :)

Join us at state office for some supporter calling & data entry for all our doorknocks! Training will be provided if you’re new, no prior experience is necessary for you to join us :) Volunteer recruitment is essential to bringing our campaigns to life -- come along to make calls together and ensure there is great turnout at our doorknocks, calling parties, stalls, and more. If data is more your thing, come along to help get all our door knocking lists entered into the system and to make sure that we’re able to identify key issues coming up on the doors for people. We can provide training on how to use our systems and make sure everything goes smoothly for your team - send us an email (to angie.judd@vic.greens.org.au) beforehand if you need training/access so we can set this up for you in advance. So we need to SMASH the phones to reach them 💪☎️. Join us on Tuesday 1 Sept at 6pm for our huge calling party to help us reach our goals. 

Join us to turn Victoria Green as we call voters ahead of the State Election this November! One-to-one conversations are one of the most powerful tools we have to combat disinformation and the rise of the far right - so join us to lock in support for the Greens + to grow our vote. We're coming together every Wednesday (both online and in person at our State Office - 50 Queen St, CBD) to call prospective Greens voters to chat about the election and our policies. New experience is welcome and encouraged. We always provide training, resources, and support at every session. Dinner will also be provided for those who join in person. 

We need to reach the halfway point of our doorknocking targets halfway through September. That means reaching a total of 2,500 meaningful interactions with voters this month! Enter, the September Sprint Fortnight of Action 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️. Join us on the doors as MUCH as you can between 10th-20th September so that we can win BIG at this State Election and retain the critically important seat of Melbourne for Ellen Sandell.
