Join the Greens for a Politics in the Pub discussion with our new Greens leader Senator David Shoebridge in Wodonga, NSW MLC Amand Cohn and our Greens candidate for Benambra, Graham Parton.

The discussion will focus on the the US Marine Corps plans to establish a stockpile at Bandiana in Wodonga, bringing an expanded US military presence to our region.

What does this mean for the safety and future of Albury-Wodonga?

The stockpile is part of Australia’s growing integration with the United States’ military strategy in the Indo-Pacific, raising important questions about Australia’s sovereignty, our role in potential future conflicts, and whether greater military integration actually makes our communities safer.

Some nibbles will be provided, with drinks and meals available for purchase.
